Obituary for Angeline Patricia Quick
Quick, Angeline Patricia, age 94, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her family that loved her very much.
Funeral Services for Angie will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 1 p.m. with Greg Mandoka officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Following the interment, a luncheon will take place at Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Friday, November 17, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Academy Foundation or to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Angie was born October 22, 1929, in Saginaw, the daughter of Benjamin and Valeria (Dyczewski) Bogden. She married George Quick on February 24, 1950, he preceded her in death in 1991. Angie worked at Ferro Manufacturing for many years. She was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Angie enjoyed crocheting, Saturday shopping with daughter Kathy, but most of all, spending time with all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Angie is survived by her children, Karen (Lewis) Crawford of Texas, Kenneth (Cynthia) Quick of Ohio, Kathy VanBuskirk of Farwell, Keith (Denise) Quick of Farwell, and Kevin (Anna) Quick of Mt. Pleasant; 18 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; brother Edward Bogden of Saginaw; her cat Princess Harley; and many nieces and nephews.
Angeline was preceded in death by her husband George; brother Zigmunt Bogden; sisters, Lottie, Jennie, Adella, Dorothy, Casimira; son-in-law Bill VanBuskirk; sister-in-law Sue Bogden; granddaughter Linda Bruner, cat Ayris; and her precious dog Sho-Sho.
