Barry Gene Shults, age 80, of Mount Pleasant passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 at MediLodge of Mt. Pleasant. There will be no funeral services.

Barry was born on July 19th, 1935 in Marshall, Michigan. She grew up in Reading, MI, with her parents Carl and Helen Warner. Barry was an LPN for many years, and had worked most recently for several years with Isabella County Commission.

Barry is survived by her daughter Diane and Rick Lawler of Highlands Ranch, CO; daughter-in-law Julia Tuck of Greenville, MI; grandchildren Katie and Matt Lawler of Highlands Ranch, CO, Rachel and Victor Palmeiro of Rockville, MD, and Holly Phillips of Cincinnatti, OH; great-grandson Max; and her brother James Eckert of Hillsdale, MI.

Barry was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Helen Warner, and a son Ken Phillips, Jr.
