Obituary for Betty Mae Zuck
ZUCK, BETTY MAE, age 45 of Burt, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, December 21st 2022, at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.
Cremation will take place at Daisy Hill in Mt. Pleasant. A Celebration of Betty’s life will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Moyamoya Foundation.
Betty was born in Hahira Georgia, October 29th 1977, the daughter of Perl and Carol (Deen) Zuck. She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant for several years, most recently for Isabella County Medical Care Facility. Betty loved her family, fishing, camping, playing pool, and listening to music. She had a passion for helping others; she was always there when needed. There are many words that can be said about Betty that are hard to sum up and will never feel like enough. She was an all around loving, caring, selfless, beautiful person.
Betty is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Gubbins of Burt; mother Carol Carley of Mt. Pleasant; uncle Mark Deen of Mt. Pleasant; children Aundrea Sheldon (Kyle Dent) of Reed City, Austan (Kodi) Sheldon of Chase, Alissa Sheldon (Jon Daly) of Rodney; stepchildren Jeff Gubbins, Jr. of Birch Run, Tiffany Gubbins of Birch Run, Olivia Gubbins of Burt, Lillian Gubbins of Fenton; grandchildren Genevieve and Gibson; sisters Tamara Martinez of Rosebush, Tina Crook of Weidman; and many nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by her Maternal and Paternal Grandparents and her Father, Perl Albert Zuck.
