Brenda Lee Allison age 48 of Harrison, passed away suddenly on, November 07, 2022 in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Brenda was born April 5, 1974, in Grand Ledge, Michigan the daughter of Harry and Linda Lou (Reed) Sanderson. Brenda had resided in the Harrison area since 1975, moving from Grand Ledge, Michigan. Brenda was united in marriage to Mr. Allen Melvin Allison on December 8, 2017, in Harrison. Mr. Allison preceded Brenda in death on December 18, 2021. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, she also enjoyed camping, hanging out with friends and family, caring for her animals and working hard.
Surviving Brenda are her four children: Tabatha Sanderson of West Branch, Michigan, Josh Carlton and wife Jessica of Mount Pleasant, Jordon Carlton of Harrison and Cameron Carlton also of Harrison, two step-daughters: Brittany Allison of Tennessee and Kriston Ann Allison of Burton, twelve grandchildren, step-mother, Lavina Sanderson of Grand Ledge, brother, Jeff Sanderson and wife Belinda of Harrison, sister, Rhonda Ackerson and husband Lee of Lansing, Michigan, one step-sister, Pam Morche of Grand Ledge, two step-brothers: James Morche and wife Karla of Harrison and Matt Morche and wife Heather of McBain, Michigan, plus many nieces, nephews and extended family. Brenda also was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Visitation will take place on Monday, November 14, 2022, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Clark-Stocking Funeral Chapel, 165 West Oak Street, Harrison. Burial will be in Summerfield Township Cemetery, Leota, Michigan, immediately following visitation. Memorial gifts in memory of Brenda may be considered to Brenda’s family, in care of: Mr. Jeff Sanderson.
