OSBORN, BRUCE GERALD, age 66, of Saginaw, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at the home of dear friends Jed and Janet Wheeler in Lake, MI.

Per Bruce's wishes, cremation has taken place and a living memorial was held with his close family and friends in September.

Bruce was born July 27, 1952, in Saginaw, the son of Gerald and Hesper Osborn (Barker). Bruce married Donna Renae Woodall on June 5, 1971, and she preceded him in death. He married Aletta Walden on July 4, 2014, whom survives him. Bruce worked as a lineman for C&O Railroad for 15 years. He retired from Tyson after more than 20 years as a quality assurance inspector. Bruce enjoyed hunting, bowling, and was an avid sports enthusiast. He was especially a fan of University of Alabama and Detroit Lions. Bruce also liked to play softball, and visit amusement parks. He enjoyed attending Resurrection Life Church in Grand Rapids.

Bruce is survived by his wife Aletta Walden of Boaz, AL; his son Christopher Michael (Leanne) Osborn of Virginia Beach, VA; daughter Kelly Marie Osborn of Collinsville, AL; 5 grandchildren Zachary Taylor Osborn of Virginia Beach, VA, Alexander Scott Osborn of Honolulu, HI, Joshua Evan Osborn of Virginia Beach, VA, and Brianna Renae and Brody Adrian Osborn of Collinsville, AL; brothers Gary (Linda) Osborn of Frankenmuth, David (Sandy) Osborn of Bridgeport; sisters Loretta Averill of Carrollton, Cheryl Berent Hoffmeyer of Saginaw; and in-laws Lloyd Maurice (Carrie) Woodall Jr. and Sr. of Grand Rapids.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; and sister Barbara Ann Yax.
