Obituary for Calvin Harold Keller
KELLER, CALVIN HAROLD, age 91, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the Isabella County Medical Care Facility in Mt. Pleasant.
Per Calvin's wishes, cremation has taken place and his ashes will be interred in Fairview Cemetery near Weidman. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund. Envelopes will be available at Clark Family Funeral Chapel.
Calvin was born on February 18, 1928, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Loren and Iva (VanAcker) Keller. He married the love of his life, Betty Lou Brown on February 22, 1973, in Mt. Pleasant. Calvin operated heavy equipment for most of his life, 10 years with Grewe Excavating and 23 years with Hubscher and Son. He also drove truck for Valley Chemical for 13 years.
Calvin is survived by his son, William Keller of Mt. Pleasant; great-granddaughter, Jade Barnard of Mt. Pleasant; brother, Fred (Reanna) Keller of Mt. Pleasant; sisters, Alice (Othal) Denslow and Merlie (Lyle) Howard, all of Mt. Pleasant.
Calvin was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Betty Lou Keller in 2018; daughter, Vickie Keller; granddaughter, Brandie Keller; parents; and brothers, Robert and Lyle Keller.
