Obituary for Carol Sue Monjeau (O'Berry)
MONJEAU, CAROL SUE, age 74, of Rosebush passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at McLaren Central Michigan.
Funeral Services for Carol will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, August 17, at 2 p.m. A Luncheon will immediately follow in the Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 12 noon until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Carol was born and raised in Pontiac, MI. She worked as a social worker for Oakland County for over 18 years. Carol sang in a band with her brothers for many years. She always brightened parties and family events with her beautiful voice. Carol was one of the most loving, giving, and selfless people, everyone that met her loved her. She will be deeply missed by everyone and anyone who knew her.
Carol is survived by her daughters, Shawn Miles of Rosebush, Kelly (Aaron) Barnes of Mt. Pleasant, and Laura (Levi) Anderson of Elsie; grandchildren, Cheyenne (Dru), Breanna (Andrea), Darian, Dominique, Jaylen, Jordan, David, Cole, Cheyanne, Kaleb, and Lt. Dan; great-grandchildren, Xavier, Cali, Blaze, Lakyn, Akasha, Deegan, Bailey, Jaelyn, Elaina, Trace, Cadence, and Grayson; brother, David (Chris) O'Berry; sister, Lois (Jim) Meyers, Debbie Deaton, and Carleen Rodriguez; and many nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Marie O'Berry; brothers, Michael O'Berry, Owen O'Berry, Ronald O'Berry, Pat O'Berry, and Dennis O'Berry; and sisters, June Jordan and Constance Fletcher.
