JETER, CLINTON “TRE” AUGUSTA III, age 44, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Detroit, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022, at his home.

Tre was born in Detroit, Michigan, June 9, 1978, the son of Clinton and Marilyn (Birdsong) Jeter, Jr. Tre was an avid sports fan, especially Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Pistons. U of M sports of any kind were his favorite. He loved to listen to music and PlayStation gaming. Tre married Sara Bailey on August 20th, 2016.
Tre is survived by his wife Sara Jeter; his children Patrick Leslie, Vysean Baker (Sorhyn), Rhyannen Bailey (Cody), Reegan Bailey, and Ryland Bailey, all of Mt. Pleasant; mother Marilyn Jeter of Novi; sister Tamra (Parnell) Jeter-Dicus of Walled Lake; brother Steven (Tiffany) Jeter of Detroit; maternal grandmother Evelyn Birdsong of Memphis, TN; paternal grandmother LaBertha Jeter of Southfield; father-in-law James Bailey of Mt. Pleasant; brother-in-law Bryan (Amanda) Bailey of Bellevue; nieces and nephews Jaelin, Jawuan, Ariyanna, Tyler, Emilio, Sofia, Zane, Serenity, Yazhi, and Imani.
