Obituary for Danny Edward Dhoest
DHOEST, DANNY EDWARD, age 65, of Rodney passed away Friday, August 16, 2019, at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids.
Graveside Services for Danny will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, at 12 noon in the Chippewa Lake Cemetery in Mecosta County. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel and cemetery.
Danny was born on March 27, 1954 in Detroit, the son of Charles and Patricia (Carpenter) Dhoest. Danny retired from Wolverine Shoe manufacturing. He loved spending time outdoors and roasting pigs.
Danny is survived by his mother, Patricia; siblings, John Dhoest, Thomas Dhoest, Joan Dhoest, Sue (Mike) Kelley, and David (Yana) Dale; fiancee, Angela Rankin; step-daughter, Bethany Vanduzer; and several nieces and nephews.
Danny was preceded in death by his father, Charles; brother, Jerry Dhoest; and sister, Anne Dhoest.
