Obituary for David Straubel
David Michael Straubel 62 of Harrison passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 at his home. David was born December 30, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Lewis Bengerman Straubel and Joyce Arlene (Harwood) Straubel.
Mr. Straubel had resided in Harrison since 1998, moving from Southfield, Michigan. David enjoyed fishing, hunting, building and woodworking. He enjoyed spending time with his father, just hanging out and making memories.
Surviving David is father, Lewis B. Straubel of Virginia, two daughters; Laura Straubel of Florida and Leah Straubel also of Florida, one son, Jason Straubel of Florida, four grandchildren, one sister, Dollie Smith of Houghton Lake, Michigan, one brother, Robert Straubel and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Straubel was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Arlene Straubel.
