RINN, DONALD WILLIAM, age 80, of Hope, Michigan passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Nottingham Place Assisted Living in Midland.

Per Don's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no services.

Don was born February 5, 1938, in Saginaw, the son of William and Elaine (Hansen) Rinn. He graduated from Midland High School, with the class of 1957. Don proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1957-1961. He married Shirley Horvath February 27, 1965. Don worked as a plumber for 32 years, retiring in 1999. He enjoyed anything outdoors.

Don is survived by his wife Shirley Rinn of Hope, MI; daughter Michele Cady (Bob Ettinger) of Eaton Rapids; son David (Rachel) Rinn of Charlotte; 7 grandchildren: Josh, Eric, Courtney, Tom, Sarah, Abbey, and Amy; 3 great- grandchildren: Alexia, Karina, and Kailey; and a brother Robert (Penny) Rinn of Tennessee.

Don was preceded in death by his parents.
