Obituary for Dorothy Marie Lairson
Dorothy Marie (Beltinck) Lairson, age 62, of Lansing passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
A memorial service will be held for Dorothy at the Weidman Hall, 5819 West Bridge St. on Friday, March 4, 2022, at 5 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Dorothy was born to Romia and Phyllis (Rice) Beltinck on July 14, 1959, in Mt. Pleasant. Dorothy Married Kevin Lairson on June 17, 2012. She Loved to go camping and spending time with her family. She worked for Hampton Inn and took great pride in her job as a laundry attendant. Dorothy was everyone's mom and will be dearly missed by those she considered her children.
Dorothy is survived by her husband Kevin Lairson, children; daughters Melissa (Jason) Boulis of Sanford, Melinda (Nathan) Huzzey of Remus, Mari Ryckman of Mt. Pleasant, Kimberly (Jorden) McCallister of Rosebush; grandchildren, Tyler, Kierra, Blake, Erika, Angel, Caleb, Myia, Maci, Jay, Hayden, Laura; brothers, Don Beltinck, Dale (Bonnie) Beltinck, Duane (Val) Beltinck, Doug (Shirley) Beltinck; sister Darlene (John) Kniffen; brother-in-law, Mark Recker, and lifelong best friends Linda Maeder and Gail Patterson.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, sister Alberta Recker and stepfather Jack Darling.
