Obituary for Douglas Lynn Lowery
LOWERY, DOUGLAS LYNN, age 65, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020, at University of Michigan Hospital.
There will be no funeral services for Doug at this time.
Doug was born in Alma, Michigan, on January 4, 1955, the son of Donald and Esther (Sawade) Lowery. He graduated from Shepherd High School with the class of 1974. Doug worked for many years doing masonry work and was a member of the Operators Union 324. Doug enjoyed going to tractor and truck pulls, and spending time with his family.
Doug is survived by his sons Donald (Nikki) Lowery, Patrick (Tamar) Lowery, all of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren Donald Lowery III and Tiana Lowery; step-grandchildren Jacob Harkrader and Ethan Rolston; and brothers Richard Lowery of Mt. Pleasant, and Eugene (Jeanie) Lowery of Hart.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents.
