Obituary for Elizabeth Amelia Culver
CULVER, ELIZABETH AMELIA, age 90, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Prestige Centre in Mt. Pleasant.
There will be no services for Elizabeth. Cremation will take place at Daisy Hill. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Elizabeth was born February 11, 1932, in Onekama, Michigan, the daughter of Edward and Josephine (Degler) Dittmer. She graduated from Onekama High School with the class of 1950 and attended business college. Elizabeth married Thomas Lee Culver on April 9, 1955. Tom preceded her in death February 2, 2019. She was a member of the former Deerfield Extension Group. Elizabeth was a wonderful seamstress and enjoyed reading.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Laurel (Keith) Sisco of Lapeer; sons Thomas (Sanjuana) Culver of Mt. Pleasant and Stephen (Juliet) Culver of Spring, TX; grandchildren Christopher Sisco, Bethany (Brian) Curry, Jesse Culver, Austin Culver, and Sarah Culver; 2 great-grandsons Cole Thomas Curry and Huxton Wade Curry.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; husband Tom; and an infant sister.
