Ellen Ingrid Anderson 72 of Clare, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Medilodge of Clare. Ellen was born January 14, 1949 in Bay City, Michigan the daughter of Martin and Opal (Marton) Anderson. Ellen had resided in the Harrison and Clare areas her entire lifetime.
Ms. Anderson worked several years with Clare County Senior Services of Harrison. She spent thirty years with the love of her life, Mr. Thomas Ray. Mr. Ray preceded Ellen in death in 2018. Ellen enjoyed sewing, gardening, caring for horses, traveling with Thomas throughout the local area, as well as the United States. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved ones.
Surviving Ms. Anderson are her three children: Ernie Weisheim of Harrison, Albert Weisheim of Clare and Naomi “Nicki” Miller and husband Jimmy of Texas, several grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, two sisters, two brothers, many nieces and nephews, and her fur babies: Corkie and Zealda. Ellen was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.
