Obituary for Gene E. Ralston
RALSTON, GENE E., age 87, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022, at Brittany Manor in Midland.
Funeral Services for Gene will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dar Blanshan officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery. A luncheon will take place at Reflections Reception Center after burial. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12 at the funeral chapel. Memorial donations may be Victory Christian Center. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Gene was born September 22, 1934, in Mt. Pleasant. He married Bobbi Louise Carrol in 1955, and she preceded him in death in 2019. He retired from Lobdell Manufacturing in Alma after 42 years. Gene enjoyed golfing, bowling, woodworking, deer hunting, and having fun with his family. He attended Victory Christian Center.
Gene is survived by his sons, Bruce Ralston (Darcy Straus) of Houghton Lake, Rob (Lisa) Ralston of Midland; granddaughter Amanda (Jeremy) Martin of Mt. Pleasant; and great-grandchildren Lexi Martin and Jaxton Martin.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents; sons Jodi Ralston and Mike Ralston; 3 brothers; and a sister.
