Obituary for Harold Wayne Goodwin
GOODWIN, HAROLD WAYNE, age 77, of Farwell, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at his home.
Cremation has taken place at Daisy Hill. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Harold was born January 5, 1946, in Ionia, the son of Rolla and Murel (Smith) Goodwin. He graduated from Farwell High School with the class of 1965. Harold worked for Dow Chemical for 30 years, retiring in 2001. He enjoyed hunting, camping, trail riding, and genealogy.
Harold is survived by his wife Dianna Goodwin; children, Sheila (Greg) Guiney of Gladwin, Corina (Michael) Grim of Shelby, Jennifer Goodwin of Midland, Tonya (Jacob) Rosa of Davison, Harold (Helen) Goodwin, II of Clare, Ashley (Angela) Goodwin of Clare, Allen (Angie) Goodwin of Farwell; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister Shirley (Robert) Davis of Clare; and brother Gerald Hopkins of Ionia.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Rolland Goodwin, Russell Kinney, Robert Goodwin, Robert Hopkins; sisters Janis Havener, Joyce Weaver, Patricia Hopkins.
