Joelene Ann Kuschel, age 75, of Harrison, MI, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022, with her husband and son by her side. Joelene was born on October 30, 1946, in Mount Pleasant, MI, to parents Leonard Percha and Theresa (Pogorzelski) Percha. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, and now lovingly joins her three brothers: Leonard, James, and Robert. Joelene moved with her family to Detroit, MI, where she would eventually meet and marry the love of her life, Ronald Kuschel. Together, they would be blessed with a son, Daniel, and move to their home in Harrison.

Joelene enjoyed needlecraft and tending to her home and cats. She is remembered for her warmth, care, love of animals; but above all, love for her family.

Joelene is survived by her husband Ronald, son Daniel, and daughter-in-law, Jessie; in addition to three sisters in-law, brother-in-law, and myriad nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Services for Joelene will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel in Mount Pleasant, MI, on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 1 p.m. with Fr. Fred Kawka officiating. A reception luncheon will follow in the adjoining Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 11-1 p.m. at Clark Family Funeral Chapel.
