GOOD, JOHN CHARLES, age 85, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020, at Prestige Place of Clare.

John was born July 10, 1935, in Flint, the son of Robert and Cleo (Humphrey) Good. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1954-1958. John married Roberta Jane (Parkin), and she preceded him in death on May 15, 2017. John worked for Ford Motor Company and retired after 35 years.
John liked collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, gardening, camping, canoeing, fishing, hunting and watching westerns on T.V. He had a warm heart and a caring spirit. John helped rebuild and maintain Michigan’s Boy Scout of America camp during several summers.
John is survived by his children: Carmen Good of Jackson, Dolores (David) Tompkins of St. Johns, Angela (Duane) Griffin of Hazel Park, Ursula (Amee’) Good of Jackson, Dennis Sexton of Mt. Pleasant, Marry White of Seville; grandchildren Melanie, David, Brandon, Nigel, and Nathan; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; siblings: Robert (Carolyn) Good, George Good, Tom (Linda) Good, William (Janet) Good, Ernest Good and Roy (Laurie) Good, and sister Phebe (Lonny) Harder.
John was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Cleo, wife Roberta Jane, and brothers George and William Good.
