Larry Orville Esckilsen, age 76, of Saginaw, MI, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX.
Per Larry's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Private Graveside Service for Larry will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrison, MI.
Larry was born on February 20, 1947, in Saginaw, son of Wilson and Dorothy (Thompson) Esckilsen. He married the love of his life, Renie Kathleen Kristalyn on March 27, 1965. Larry was a commercial painter by trade, and owned and operated his own painting firm. He was a passionate musician and enjoyed passing that gift on to his children.
Larry is survived by his wife, Renie; children, Jeffrey Esckilsen, Jennifer (Joe) Pagliarulo, and Chad Esckilsen; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents.
