Leo Gary Kappler left this world behind on the 23rd of May, 2021 at home with his family by his side after a long battle of health problems.

Leo was born on April 24, 1946 to Leo and Dolly Kappler of Mt Pleasant.

Leo left behind his wife of 54 years Sandra Kappler and his dog Hanna and his son Gary (Becky) Kappler, Daughter Tammy (Jerry) Taylor, Sister Diane (Glenn) Carniol, Brother Bill (Diane) Kappler, Sister Dolly Wilson. Leo also left behind his pride and joy, all of his grandchildren and Great grandchildren. Daughters of Gary (Becky) Kappler- Khala and Nichole Kappler, and Son and Daughter of Tammy (Jerry) Taylor- Nathan (Cassie) Taylor and Ahlia (Mike) Faber. Great Grandchildren Rylee Jean daughter of Khala Kappler and Miles and Lukas sons of Ahlia (Mike) Faber, Mason son of Nathan (Cassie) Taylor.

Leo was a retired welder from Mobark after 22 years, Leo loved to go bass fishing and hunting, he loved to play ball with his dog Hanna who he shared his chair with daily. Leo and his wife Sandy would take their dog Hanna for long rides through the countryside so Hanna could see all the cow’s.

Leo was preceded in death by his Father Leo, his Mother Dolly His Brother Larry Kappler and his sister Charlotte Johnson.

Leo was loved by all his family and friends and will be missed by many.
