Linda Marie Pillsbury 66 of Harrison passed away at her home on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Linda was born October 9, 1952 in Big Rapids, Michigan, the daughter of Carlton E. and Grace G. (Goodall) Pillsbury. Linda had resided in Harrison since 1963, moving from Big Rapids. Ms. Pillsbury graduated from Harrison Community Schools in 1970.
Ms. Pillsbury was employed with Women’s Aid Service, Inc. of Mt. Pleasant for over fifteen years. She was passionate about helping people. Linda enjoyed fishing, flower gardening, reading and spending time with her family during camping trips.
Surviving Linda are her two sisters; Diana Haskell and husband Ron of Harrison and Joyce Beavers and husband Lester also of Harrison, many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Phyllis Armentrout, one brother, Dale Pillsbury and one nephew, Ronnie Haskell.
A Memorial Gathering honoring Linda will be held Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison. Family kindly request that no memorial donations or floral arrangements be sent in memory of Linda. Inurnment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Harrison.
