Obituary for Lisa Lynn Blanshan
BLANSHAN, LISA LYNN, age 53, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Mid-Michigan Medical center in Midland.
A outdoor visitation gathering for Lisa will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020, from 2 to 4 p.m. on the west lawn at Clark Family Funeral Chapel. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral chapel.
Lisa was born on October 25th, 1966, in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, the daughter of Larry and Ginger (Vanhorn) Claybaugh. She worked for the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant as a cashier for 22 years. Lisa was a loving mother and grandmother who was eager to help family and friends in need.
Lisa is survived by her fiance Maynard Kahgegab Jr. ; children Justin Blanshan, Josh Blanshan, and Tori Blanshan all of Mt. Pleasant; grandchild Madison Blanshan; brother Randy (Tonya) Claybaugh of Blanchard; and Father Larry Claybaugh.
Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Ginger Claybaugh; Grandmother, Ida Downing and Uncle Walter Peter Vanhorn (Buck).
