MACGREGOR, LOIS ANN, age 67, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at Woodland Hospice.

A Funeral Mass for Lois will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Saturday, October 15, at 10 a.m. with Fr. Don Henkes officiating. A Luncheon will be held at the Reflections Reception Center at Clark Family Funeral Chapel immediately following Mass. The family will receive friends at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 14, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church the day of the service from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Christmas Outreach or Woodland Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Lois was born on June 29, 1949 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Harold A. and Luella H. (Hauck) Smith. She graduated from Beal City High School in 1967. Lois married Charles MacGregor in 1986. Lois had worked more than 20 years as a case worker for the State of Michigan Department of Human Services, retiring in 1990. She was a parishioner at Sacred Heart. She was also active in the Christmas Outreach program. Lois loved traveling, reading, and spending time with her grandkids and her fun & games group.

Lois is survived by six children; Debbie Hayes of Mt. Pleasant, Dave (Helen) MacGregor of Mt. Pleasant, Tracy (Kevin) Draves of Auburn, Scott (Beth) MacGregor of Mt. Pleasant, Jeff (Shannon) Browne of Winn, Nick (Janelle) Browne of Westfield, IN; 14 grandchildren; a brother Harry (Trudy) Smith of Beal City; and a sister Margo (Lendy) Siefker of Mt. Pleasant.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents.
