Obituary for Marilyn Sprague (Moore)
SPRAGUE, MARILYN, age 72, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Isabella County Medical Care Facility.
Per Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place at Daisy Hill. A memorial visitation will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel, on November 20, 2023, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Memorial contributions in memory of Marilyn may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at Clark Family Funeral Chapel.
Marilyn was born August 28, 1951, in Midland, Michigan, the daughter of late Murray and Lois (Thering) Moore. She earned her BSN and worked for the Mt. Pleasant Community Hospital for 40+ years. Marilyn married Rick Sprague on February 12, 1972. She was a member and past president of the E.N.A. Emergency Nursing Agency. Marilyn enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Marilyn is survived by her sons, Kirk (Shanon) Sprague of Kiowa, CO, Jason Sprague of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Elijah Sprague, Keira Sprague, Aviana Sprague; brothers, Roger Moore, Richard Moore; sister, Cheryl Moore; and many nieces and nephews.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Rick in 2012.
