Obituary for Marsha Ellen Fuller

Marsha Ellen Fuller was a caring mother, grandmother, and a friend to many. She passed away peacefully on October 1 at the age of 68 at Isabella County Medical Care Facility.

Marsha was born November 22, 1954 in Alma, the youngest daughter of Paul and Margaret Smith. She spent her whole life in Central Michigan, graduating from St. Louis High School in 1972 before moving to Mt. Pleasant where she lived the rest of her life. She worked for 20+ years at Gratiot County Hospital in Alma as a nurses’ aide in many different units, most notably the dialysis unit. Marsha loved to garden and sew and enjoyed making baby blankets for friends and family. For Marsha, there wasn't anything she cherished more than her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and acted as a second mother to many. She also was part of a local foster grandparent program.

Marsha is survived by her loving children, Jake (Erin), Joe (Carly), Meredith (Troy Theisen), and Max (Kassie) Barnett; grandchildren, Jack, Hayla, Tucker, Merritt, Jake, Logan, Olivia, Maisie, Ava, and Jaxson; former-spouse Gary Fuller; and many loving nieces and nephews

Marsha was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Margaret; brothers Ron and Jim; and sisters Barbara and Karin.

Cremation will take place at Daisy Hill in Mt. Pleasant. A private family service will be held in the future.
