BELLINGAR, MARY E., age 82, of Holt, formerly of Edmore, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Holt Senior Care and Rehab Center.

A Memorial Service for Mary will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Clark Family Funeral Chapel, with Benjamen Evers officiating. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Winn following the memorial service. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Mary was born February 18, 1936, in Forest Hill, Michigan the daughter of Daniel and Sarah (Parks) Brown. Mary married Paul Stanley Bellingar on May 9, 1953. He preceded her in death on May 26, 2015. Mary retired in 1990, after working as a special needs school bus driver for many years in Lansing and Montcalm County ISD. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 2292 in Edmore. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and loved her family.

Mary is survived by her children: Roger Bellingar (Sharon) of Galveston, TX, Daniel (Pamela) Bellingar of Lansing, Gary Bellingar of Edmore, Paula Gonzalez of Whitmore Lake, and Yevette (Douglas) Mallory of Dewitt; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister Agnes Kitzman of Holt; and brother-in-law Harold Daniel of Riverdale.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband Paul; brothers Erwin and John "Jack" Brown; sisters Esther Brown, Eva Witzel, and Nelda "Betty" Daniel.
