Obituary for Mary Jane Gould (Koeltzow)
Mary Jane Gould, age 77, of Mt Pleasant passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 at her home under the care of Heartland Hospice.
Funeral Services for Mary will be held at Potter's House on Tuesday, October 26, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ron Ives officiating. A Luncheon will immediately follow at the church. Interment will follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Saginaw. The family will receive friends at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Monday, October 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church the day of the service from 10 a.m until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Potter's House Food Pantry. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel and the church.
Mary was born on January 10, 1944, in Cass City, daughter of Paul and Maxine (Hanna) Koeltzow. She married Harold Gould in August 25, 1962, in a very hot church. Mary worked as a nurse's aide and natural home health care provider for many years. Mary loved to share her belief in Jesus Christ with everyone she met. She enjoyed working in the food pantry and part of the prayer ministry at the Potter's House.
Mary is survived by her husband, Harold; children, Kenneth (Diana) Gould of Scott City, Missouri, Joanne (Richard) Sanchez of Irving, Texas, and Paul Gould of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Daniel (Carrie) Sanchez, Steven Sanchez, Elizabeth Sanchez, Jessica Sanchez, Aaron (Melissa) Morris, Kevin (Max) Buhmann, Nathan (Ashley) Eudy, and Amber Moore; great-grandchildren, Randy Morris, Valerie Zimmerman, Chandler Eudy, and Leon Eudy; aunt, Ginger Hoon; and beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Paul "Fred" Koeltzow and Dave Koeltzow; infant sister, Agnes Ann Koeltzow.
