Obituary for Patricia Vivian "Pat" Heath (McManus)
Patricia Vivian Heath, age 86, of Harrison passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant. Patricia was born on December 9, 1936, in Saginaw, the daughter of Elmer and Christine (Sherman) McManus. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School. Patricia was united in marriage to the love of her life, Charles J. Heath Sr. on November 20, 1954. They resided in Harrison after moving from Saginaw in 1972. Charles preceded Patricia in death after almost 40 years of marriage.
Patricia was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church, the St. Luke 50+ Club, and enjoyed being part of church missions. She also enjoyed traveling with friends and family, walking throughout the wooded trails behind her home, raking the yard, bonfires, family and friend fish fries, playing cards, and Sunday night bowling league.
Patricia is survived by her children Deborah (Donald) Lizyness of Harrison, Charles (Sandy) Heath Jr. of Harrison, Traci (Angelo) Tsipis of Monroe, Stephanie (Roger) Williams of Clare and Dorinda (Patrick) Wilkins of Midland; brother Lynn (Janice) McManus of North Carolina, two sisters, Carol (Mike) Yahrmarkt of Arizona and Marilyn (Steve) Kacer of Saginaw; 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren with one arriving soon; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Patricia was reunited in Heaven with her husband, Charles, parents Elmer and Christine McManus, daughter Tamara Wickenheiser, brother Gary McManus and sister Barbara Figueroa.
Funeral Services honoring Patricia will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 616 South Fourth St., Harrison with Pastor Timothy Sheridan officiating. Visitation will take place at St. Luke Lutheran Church on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Hamilton Township Cemetery, Harrison.
