Richard “Dick” Seiler, 68, of Blanchard, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2006, at his home.

Funeral services for Dick will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at 11 a.m. from Clark Funeral Chapel with Rev. Melody Olin officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 11, 2006 from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. and on Saturday, August 12, 2006 from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Moffett Cancer Research Center in Tampa, FL or Carson Home Care Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Dick was born June 22, 1938, in Edmore, Michigan to Russell and Leona (Curtiss) Seiler. He married Della Nesbitt on January 20, 1973 in Winn. Dick retired as a Machinist from Morbark Industries after 23 years of service. He enjoyed Nascar, camping, his home in Florida and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Dick is survived by his wife: Della; children, Randy (Nancy) Holton, Lee Ann (Greg) McCarthy, Kristen Myers (Fiance’ Lee Martin), Jennifer Seiler and Kimberly Seiler; 11 grandchildren: Matt, Mike, Cameron, Josh, Kaelyn, Nichole, Jenna, Kiera, Kandace, Taylor and Bobby; sister, Sharon (Ed) Wohlscheid and many nieces and nephews.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Wendy.
