Obituary for Robert James "Bob" Cotton
COTTON, ROBERT JAMES, age 85, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Friday, December 14, 2018, at home under the care of McLaren Hospice.

Bob was born on October 11, 1933, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Rudy John and Frauleen (Thayer) Cotton. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy, serving on the USS Leyte in the Mediterranean. He married Kathryn Landon on November 19, 1955, in Mt. Pleasant. Bob was employed at the Mt. Pleasant Center, retiring after 30 years. He loved playing bingo and games at the casino.
Bob is survived by his wife of 63 years, Kathryn; children, Randy Cotton, Ricky Cotton, and Kelly (Stephen) Anton; grandchildren, Brian (Alexa) Anton, Megan (Andy) Faber, and Ricky Cotton, Jr.; and great-granddaughter, Evelyn Mae Anton.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Roberta "Betty" Florip.
