Russell John Fisher, age 84, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015, at The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant.

A Memorial Service for Russell will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, September 19, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Randall Roose officiating. A Luncheon will follow in the Reflections Reception Center.The family will receive friends on the day of the service from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an organization of your choosing. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Russell was born on July 15, 1931 in Chippewa Township, the son of Earl and Anna (Roethlisberger) Fisher. He married Mary Jane Beach.

Russell is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Jane Fisher and children, Kelvin and John Fisher.

Russell was preceded in death by his parents and sister.
