WEST, RUSSELL HAROLD, age 68, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021, in Mt. Pleasant.
A private family burial has taken place at Cherry Grove Cemetery Clare Michigan. Memorials in memory of Russell may be made to Heartland Hospice or Pace of Central Michigan.
Russell was born October 25, 1953, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Harold and Bonnie (Allen) West. He enjoyed music; he was a drummer and played guitar for a couple of rock and gospel bands and was part of the junior high marching band while in school.
Russell is survived by his mother Bonnie Wood of Clare; brothers Alan West of Midland, Gary (Kathy) West of Farwell; sisters Amy (Dave) Wezensky of Mt. Pleasant, Anita West of Clare; and many nieces and nephews.
Russell was preceded in death by his father and brothers David and Kevin West.
