Obituary for Sara Ann Tefft
Sara Ann Tefft, age 40, of Mt. Pleasant went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 26, 2022, with her family by her side.
Cremation has taken place at Daisy Hill Crematory. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Beaumont Health Foundation, 26901 Beaumont Blvd., Southfield, MI. 48033.
Sara was born to Christopher and Nancy (Fox) West on March 4, 1982, in Mt. Pleasant. Sara graduated with honors with the Mt. Pleasant High School class of 2000. She went on to Central Michigan University where she worked in the Science and Technology Department and attended Central Michigan University for elementary teaching degree.
Sara married Robert Andrew Tefft on June 14, 2003, in Midland.
Sara was a friend the moment you met her. She was funny and smart and loved everyone; she wouldn’t allow anyone to feel unnoticed. Most of all she loved her family and was wonderful and kind to all that will miss her dearly.
Sara is survived by Chris and Nancy West; husband, Robert Tefft; and daughter, Elise Catheryn Tefft; sister, Jessica (Trevor) Brooks of Ann Arbor; and nephews, Richard Brooks, and Christopher Brooks.
Sara was preceded in death by her grandparents, Larry and Barbara West, Jerry and Genevieve Fox; and uncle, Tom Fox.
