Sarah was born on December 28, 1978, in Mt. Pleasant, daughter of Michael and Kimberly (Wilson) McDonald. She married Nick Kunik on August 23, 2003. Sarah was recently employed at Central Michigan University and had spent many good years working at Ambulatory Infusion Care. Sarah was beloved by everyone who met her. Her infectious laugh was one of her most memorable traits, and one that ensured that anyone in her presence would be laughing alongside her. Her warm personality brought light to any room she walked into. Her loving nature and giving spirit drew people in and made them feel as if she had been their friend forever. She was humble and kind in a rare way that made each person she touched feel special and uplifted. Her extremely large circle of friends and family was always growing and always of the utmost importance to her. She gave true meaning to the word “family,” especially to those who were related to her and even to those who weren’t. Her husband Nick was her true soul mate, and the family they built was her light. The pride and love she had for her daughters, Olivia and Mallory, and her husband, Nick, shined through in every moment. There was nothing more important to her than her family and those she held dear, and that was apparent in all of her actions. She loved deeply and was loved deeply. She will be forever missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
