Obituary for Sharon Marie Bennett
BENNETT, SHARON, MARIE, age 52, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
A Private Funeral Service for Sharon will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel with Rev. Doyle Perry officiating. Interment will follow in Denver Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 6, from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Sharon was born on August 31, 1968, in Mt. Pleasant, daughter of Marlin and Jo Kathy (Sprague) Bennett. She was a proud member of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and enjoyed doing bead work. She enjoyed painting and taking pictures. She also enjoyed playing bingo and watching sunsets in the park. Family was everything to Sharon. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her significant other, Robert "Bobbo" Sheahan and his family; children, Paquieka Sharie Granison, Shayntel Shay Blackwell, Marlin Leanes Richard Blackwell II, Brianna Shadale LeDesma, Toni Marie Frank, Scott Francis Sheahan, Carli Marie Sprague, and Francis James Russell Sheahan; grandchildren, Sy'Ria Lloyd, Nae'Vion Weatherall, Saliyah Weatherall, Ivy Verser, Zion Brown, Marielle Blackwell, Marlin Blackwell, and Alyviah Feliciano; father, Marlin and Shirley Bennett; sisters, Carla Bennett, and Laura Perez; step-sister, Melody Harris and many nieces and nephews.
Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Jo Kathy; and nieces, LaKaysha Thomas and Lynnova Sheahan.
