Tammie Jean Steagall 50 of Harrison passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Tammie was born October 13, 1968 in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Arlie Alvin Steagall and Tunettia Irene (Skiver) Steagall. Tammie graduated in 1986 from Rogers High School, Toledo.
Ms. Steagall loved being surrounded by nature, gardening, spending time at the lake and crafting, especially making custom jewelry. Her greatest time spent was with her dogs, “All Mighty” Ginger and Shea Bear, whom she considered her babies. Tammie was an eight-year member of the Harrison Women of the Moose Chapter #1804.
Surviving Tammie are her two sisters; Rose Goldsby of Toledo and Amy Wakefield also of Toledo, one brother, Ralph Baze of Eddyville, Kentucky, her dear friends from Harrison, Ruth Reynolds, Courtney and Monica, plus many nieces and nephews. Ms. Steagall was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Cynthia Walton and one brother, Terry Wakefield.
