HAMILTON, THOMAS GEORGE, age 90, of Rosebush passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018, at the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant.

A memorial Prayer Service for Tom will be held in Our Lady of Hope Parish: St. Henry Site on Saturday, September 15, at 11 a.m. with Fr. Peter Nwokoye officiating. Rite of Committal will take place at St. Henry Cemetery. A Luncheon will immediately follow at Our Lady of Hope Parish: St. Cecilia Site. Memorial contributions may be made to the Woodland Hospice House. Envelopes will be available at Clark Family Funeral Chapel and St. Henry's.

Tom was born on March 5, 1928, in Rosebush, the son of Francis and Bessie (Black) Hamilton. He married Glenna Holliday on August 19, 1950, in Rosebush. Tom worked in housekeeping at the Mt. Pleasant Regional Center for 25 years. He also drove school bus for 17 years and farmed his whole life. Tom was a parishioner at Saint Henry's Catholic Church in Rosebush. He enjoyed flying airplanes, riding snowmobiles, hunting and fishing.

Tom is survived by his wife of 68 years, Glenna Hamilton; children, Timothy (Laura) Hamilton of Gladwin and Pamela (Timothy) Wehner of Augusta, GA; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren;

Tom was preceded in death by his son, Arthur "Butch” Hamilton; grandson, Joshua Hamilton; great-granddaughter, Amelia Hamilton; parents; and sister Helen Fabian.
