Message: Uncle Arthur will always be in my heart like the perfect "big brother". I spent young years with Mom and Dad (George) living with and enjoying Art, Marian and Grandma Ellis. Art was the Christmas tree decorator, baseball player with smiles and a great attitude. God Bless Arthur and all his close family.

Message: I was deeply blessed to have grown up with Art as my only uncle, he will always remain close in my heart as he was when I was a child. Be at peace with Aunt Mare and Dad.

Message: I am so blessed to have had Art in my life as a friend and mentor. Not only did I learn a lot from him about leadership, life and public service, I always left a meeting or spending time with Art with a smile on my face, a good laugh and a little more joy in my heart.
