Addison Catherine Courtney, infant daughter of Joshua and Dawn (McConkie) Courtney passed away on Friday, May 19, 2006 at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO.

Funeral services for Addison will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2006 at 12 noon from Clark Funeral Chapel with Deacon Larry Fussman officiating. Interment will follow in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Addison is survived by her parents, Josh and Dawn Courtney of Emporia, Kansas; grandparents, Scott (Phyllis) McConkie of Blanchard, Catherine McConkie of Mt. Pleasant and Diane (Eric) Courtney-Johnson of Mt. Pleasant; great-grandparents, Ken (Phyllis) Courtney of Mt. Pleasant, Ruby McConkie of Mt. Pleasant and Blanche Pung of Beal City and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Addison was preceded in death by her grandfather, Troy Courtney.
