Obituary for Bernard James Neff

Bernard James Neff
NEFF, BERNARD JAMES, age 61, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at his home.

Funeral Services for Bernard will take place on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Clark Family Funeral Chapel with Father Don Henkes officiating. A luncheon will immediately follow at Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service.

Bernard was born February 13, 1957, in Mt. Pleasant, to Alferd Leo and Madelene T. (Page) Neff. He was a pipe fitter for Local 85 for 21 years. Bernard loved fishing and all sports.

Bernard is survived by his children James (Janice) Neff of Mt. Pleasant, Corrina (Elijah) Lake of Weidman, Logan Neff of Alabama, and Adrianna Neff of Kentucky; 7 grandchildren; his mother Madelene Neff of Mt. Pleasant; brothers David Neff of Brentwood, MO, Patrick Neff of Mt. Pleasant, and Michael Neff of Arlington, VA; and sister Catherine Thielen of Greensboro, N.C.

Bernard was preceded in death by his father Alferd Neff, and his sister Barbara Brecht.
