Carol Mae Bleise (Miller)
BLEISE, CAROL MAE, age 77, of Weidman passed away Monday, September 28, 2015, at McLaren Central Michigan.

A Funeral Mass for Carol will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church on Thursday, October 1, at 10 a.m. with Fr. Ricky Varner officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. A Luncheon will be held in the Knights of Columbus Hall after the Committal. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday, September 30, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. with a Vigil for Carol at 8:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church the day of the Funeral Mass from 9 a.m. until the time of the Service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bleise Family to be distributed to organizations of Carol's wishes. Envelopes will be available at Clark Family Funeral Chapel and St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.

Carol was born on July 15, 1938, in Ohio, the daughter of Clayton and Orpha Bell (Roberts) Miller. She married Joseph Francis Bleise on September 7, 1957, at St. Philomena Church in Beal City. Carol worked at Weaver's Tavern for over 50 years and had many friends that loved her homemade cooking and company. She enjoyed playing cards with her card group and going to her exercise classes. She loved spending time with her family, especially Sunday afternoon cookouts. Carol will be remembered for her kind and generous heart and words of wisdom.

Carol is survived by her children, Dale (Gail) Bleise, Jim (Michelle) Bleise, Janet Bleise, all from Weidman, Connie (Tom) Weisser of Watertown, WI, Bill (Carrie) Bleise, and Roxanne Schafer, both of Weidman; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Vernon Miller, Judy (Barry) Lamb, Ed (Judy) Miller, Martin (Janet) Miller, and Deborah (Greg) Peffer; sisters-in-law, Marilyn (Jack) Theisen, Maryann Bleise, and Mary Cassidy; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Joe Bleise in 2013; children, Donald and Joseph Bleise; granddaughter, Bobbie Jo Bleise; parents; sister, Marcia Miller; and many brothers and sisters-in-law.
