Obituary for Carolyn Breedlove
Carolyn Breedlove, age 81, of Shepherd passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at her home under the care of Mid Michigan Hospice.
Funeral Services for Carolyn will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, September 3, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Earl Marsh from the Coleman Assembly of God officiating. Interment will follow in the Kelly Cemetery. A Luncheon will follow in the Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 2, from 4 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue the day of the service from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.
Carolyn was born on June 21, 1935, in Charleston, WV, the daughter of James and Lula (Linville) Breedlove. She worked at Kroger for 37 years. Carolyn loved to golf and spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling to Florida, cooking, and playing dominos.
Carolyn is survived by her siblings, Sylvia (Wallace) Williamson, Ruth Crook, both of Shepherd and Thomas (Drue) Breedlove of Florida; many loving nieces and nephews; and her dogs, Lulu and Murphy.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Eugene and James Breedlove; and sister, Mary Ann Blubaugh.
