Cynthia Sue "Cindy"  McEvoy (Stutting)
Cynthia "Cindy" Sue McEvoy, age 72, of Rockford, formerly of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Fulton Manor - Holland Home in Grand Rapids.

A Memorial Service for Cindy will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 1 p.m. with Cheryl Davis officiating. A Luncheon will immediately follow in the Reflections Reception Center. Burial of ashes will take place in Memorial Gardens Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends on the day of the service from 12 noon until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Care Resources or the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Cindy was born on January 2, 1944 in Detroit, the daughter of Clifford Lloyd and Elizabeth Pauline (Cutter) Stutting. She graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in the Class of 1962. Cindy was in the Mt. Pleasant Bowling Hall of Fame. She served as secretary of the Mt. Pleasant Women's Bowling Association and served on several bowling committees in Mt. Pleasant. Cindy enjoyed fishing with her parents and family, crossword puzzles, playing cards, and spending time on her computer.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Marcie Lynn (McEvoy) McCann of Rockford; grandchildren, Mark, Jr. and Madison McCann; and sister, Sandra (William) Bell of Natchez, MS and their three children, Jack, Cindy, and Derek.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.
