Daniel S. Klimkiewicz, age 64, of Mount Pleasant, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 following an extended illness.

He was born on September 9, 1952 in Detroit, son of the late Henry and Eleanor (Krasnicki) Klimkiewicz.
He married Linda Kaufman on May 26, 1973.

Dan was a member of the Mount Pleasant Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Survived by: Wife-Linda Klimkiewicz of Mount Pleasant. 2 sisters-Anne (Bob) Tarsin of Dade City, FL. and Barb (Duane) Stevens of Southgate. 1 Brother-Tom Klimkiewicz of Westland. 2 Brothers-in-law-Terry (Gerri) Kaufman of Bad Axe and Ken (Bonnie Avery) Kerr of Unionville. 2 Sisters-in-law-Karen (Rob) Pietryka of Clinton Township and Kathy (Randy) Carpenter of Auburn. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In keeping with Dan’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11 am. at the Clark Funeral Chapel, 114 S. Bradley, Mount Pleasant, MI 48858. Officiating will be Shon Robinson. Dan’s family will receive guests for visitation on Saturday from 10 am. until the service time at 11 am. at the Clark Funeral Chapel in Mt. Pleasant.
