Obituary for David Wayne-Taylor Dean

David Wayne-Taylor  Dean
DEAN, DAVID WAYNE-TAYLOR, age 47, of Muncie, Indiana, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017.

Funeral Services for David will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 2 p.m. with Fr. Don Henkes officiating. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 1 p.m. until the time of Service. Memorial contributions may be made to Rachel's Challenge, 7901 Southpark Plaza #210, Littleton, CO 80120. Envelopes will also be available at the funeral chapel. Per the family's request, please wear as little black as possible.

David was born March 23, 1970, in Belding, the son of Dennis Myers and Connie (Taylor) Dean. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Persian Gulf War. David married Tereza Sedlbauerova on June 8, 2002, in Mt. Pleasant. David loved his children very much and the time spent with them. He loved the arts, especially music, and will always be remembered as very kind and generous.

David is survived by his wife Tereza of Muncie, IN; children Alicia “Ali” Dean (Dan Crawford) of Lansing, John-Paul Dean and Petr Dean both of Muncie; father Dennis Myers of Reno, NV; adopted daughter Hannajoe Settlemyre of Owosso; and his granddaughter Aurora.

He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather Connie and Lawrence Dean.
