STAHL, DUANE "DUKE" JAMES, age 63, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018, at The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant.

A Celebration of Duane's Life will be held in the Reflections Reception Center at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 11 a.m. with Benjamen Evers officiating with a Luncheon to follow. Interment of ashes will take place in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 10:30am until the time of the service. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Isabella Community Soup Kitchen. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Duane was born on June 20, 1955, in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Stanley and Dorothy (Simmer) Stahl. Duane was an avid bike rider and enjoyed biking around town.

Duane is survived by his finance, Sandra Perry of Mt. Pleasant; sister, Cathy (David) Oakhill of Winter Springs, FL; and nieces, Jennifer Otto, Julie Zehr, Mindy Stahl, Katie Quinones and nephew, Michael Millen.

Duane was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Stahl; and infant sister, Sue Ann Stahl.
