ISHAM, EDGAR KEVIN, age 60, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant.

A Memorial Service for Edgar will be held at the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribal Gym on Thursday, August 4, at 1 p.m. A Luncheon will follow in the Tribal Gym. The family will receive friends at the Gym from 12 noon until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family. Envelopes will be available at Clark Family Funeral Chapel and the Tribal Gym.

Edgar was born on May 19, 1956 in Fort Benning, GA, the son of Dale and Marlene (Nayquonabe) Isham. Edgar was a member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe. Edgar was one of the first employees at the Card Room, which later became the Soaring Eagle Casino.

Edgar is survived by his children, Charlie Isham, Trevor Isham, Noelle (Marvin) Wells, Terence (Lauren) Isham, Mesha Isham, and Misty Kear; 13 grandchildren with one on the way; siblings, Mary, Richard, Roger, Benny, Karen, Paul, Samuel, Sharon, Rose, Christine, Diane; and many nieces and nephews.

Edgar was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Chucky, Terri.
