Janice Iola Touchinski, age 73, of Weidman passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at McLaren Central Michigan in Mt. Pleasant.

A Memorial Service for Janice will be held at Clark Family Funeral Chapel on Saturday, September 5, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Scott Smith from the Weidman United Methodist Church officiating. A Luncheon will follow in the Reflections Reception Center. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 12 noon until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Weidman Elementary School. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Janice was born on April 23, 1942 in Osceola County, the daughter of Elwood and Iola (Bowen) Miller. She married Richard Touchinski on June 10, 1967 in Weidman at the United Methodist Church. Janice worked many years as a paraprofessional at the Weidman Elementary School, where she was known and loved as Mrs. T. Janice currently worked as a Platinum Member of the Soaring Eagle Casino slot machines. She loved to spend time in her "secret" garden, but most importantly, spend time with her grandson.

Janice is survived by her husband, Richard; grandson, Hunter Pasch; daughters, Terri (Tim) Pasch of Weidman and Debbie (Kelley) Touchinski of Ypsilanti; brother, George E. Miller of Arizona; brothers-in-law, Glenn (Joan) Touchinski of Marquette and James (JoAnn) Touchinski of Marquette; sisters-in-law, Kay Gregorich of Grand Junction, CO and Lois Touchinski of Florida; Ronnie (Sue) Sprague of Weidman; aunt, Betty (Gale) Merrihew and Francis Miller of Weidman; and many cousins, close family friends, and loyal boston terrier, Buster.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents.
