Jeffrey E. King, 45, of St. Louis passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at his home.

Funeral services for Jeff will be held on Tuesday, October 24th at 11 a.m. from Clark Funeral Chapel with Matt Schantz officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel.

Jeff was born on February 5, 1961, the son of Edward and Carlene (Fulk) King. He was employed as a correction’s officer and for the State of Michigan for 22 years. Jeff enjoyed jet skiing, snowmobiling, playing cards, camping, karaoke, horseback riding and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.

Jeff is survived by his daughters, Natalie (Ethan) Whitney of LA, Rachel King (Michael Harvey) of Mt. Pleasant and Nichole King of Mt. Pleasant; granddaughter, Makayla King of Mt. Pleasant; his daughters' mother, Julia Phillips of Weidman; father, Edward King; sisters, Linda (Doug) Knight of Mt. Pleasant, Cathy (Kirk) Lewis of Coleman and Julie Torpey (Henry Kubin) of Mt. Pleasant; special friends, Andy, Nick, Shirley and Jim and several nieces and nephews.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Carlene King and uncle, George Fulk.
